Originally from Prescott, Arizona, Dan graduated from the University of Arizona in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He attended the Liberty University School of Law where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and participated in the national American Bar Association moot court competition. After graduating in 2011, Dan was admitted to the California State Bar and practiced under James D. Hoey, III, a successful trial attorney in San Diego. Dan was admitted to the Arizona Bar Association in 2014 and joined Shinnick & Ryan LLP as an associate attorney in 2015.
