MICHAEL T. QUINN

Michael Quinn is a consumer litigation attorney, with a focus on business and construction matters.  Since beginning practice in 1995, Michael has represented a diverse range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies.  Over the course of his career, Michael has been engaged in cases involving a wide variety of subject matters, including first and third party insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, surety bond litigation, insurance broker errors and omissions, aviation claims, partnership disputes, class actions, commercial real estate litigation, and products liability. Notably, he served as moderator for the annual CEB “Recent Developments in Torts” for 8 years, and also as a panelist on insurance coverage issues in various programs.

In 2009, Michael joined Shinnick & Ryan, and fundamentally shifted the focus of his practice to the exclusive representation of consumers against large corporate interests, specifically in the areas of construction law, tenant rights, and insurance recoveries. Michael recognizes that there exists a great disparity in litigation resources available to consumers in comparison to corporate interests.  He proudly represents consumers in efforts to level the playing field and give them a greater voice in the courts. Michael has been a frequent speaker at professional events over the years.
